Summary:

Why can't I see the students that took an End-of-Course test under the 1995 Standard on my report?  I only see the 2001 Standard tests.

Details:

Starting in Fall 2003, many of the End-of-Course tests were significantly revisited, and the new tests (labeled as the 2001 Standard) were administered to all first-time test takers.  However, any student that tested originally under the older 1995 Standard is required to retest under that Standard.  Prior to Fall 2003, all End-of-Course test administrations are under the 1995 Standard.  From Fall 2003 and on, only retests are administered under the 1995 Standard.

By default, when you run most reports, any type of retest (Retest, Expedited Re-Take or Recovery) is specifically excluded --- and from Fall 2003 and on only retests will be under the 1995 Standard.  Both the Adjusted and Unadjusted filter sets exclude retests.  To enable these, you must uncheck the Adjusted, Unadjusted and Raw filter checkboxes and click on the Show Advanced button.  This will expose and enable the specific advanced filters.  Next, enable the appropriate retest filters for your report.

Also of note is that there are two advanced filters that allow you to include or exclude the 1995 and/or 2001 Standards.  These are both enabled by default, but they do not override the fact that retests are by default specifically excluded.
